Applicants may request deletion of their Personal Data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, the Company shall securely delete, anonymize, or dispose of such information.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or modify cross-border transfers where required by law, governmental notification, or regulatory direction.
