Mr Anand Rathi is the founder of the Anand Rathi Group. The Gold Medallist chartered accountant of 1966 is a leading financial and investment expert in India . Before laying the foundation of the Anand Rathi Group, Mr Rathi had an illustrious and fruitful career with the Aditya Birla Group and DCM Ltd.

Mr Rathi was the president of BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) during 1999-2001. He spearheaded the task of setting up and expansion of BSE Online Trading System (BOLT). During his tenure of President and member of group Board , major reforms like setting up of Central Depository Services (CDSL), Trade Guarantee Fund, BSE Surveillance System etc. BSE reached new records during his tenure. He was also Central Council Member from 1985-1991.

Mr Pradeep Gupta, is the co-founder of the group. Starting with a family-owned textile business, Mr Gupta stepped into the financial world.

He was instrumental in the faster growth and success of the Institutional Broking and Investment Services arms of the group and remains the driving force behind the strong network of franchisees and branches across the country. He has over 3 decades of experience in financial services. Mr. Gupta is also an active member of Rotary Club of Mumbai. Membership of Jaipur Stock Exchange and later of National Stock Exchange. Mr Gupta is an alumni of Harvard Business School.

Mr. R. K. Purohit having 36 years of rich experience in Human Resource and previously working with Aditya Birla Group, Mr. Purohit is the Executive Director of Anand Rathi IT Private Limited., he has been instrumental in establishing back office foundation with a team of 400+ employees. Anand Rathi IT Private Limited, Jodhpur works as a back office of Anand Rathi Group covering various departments like Operation, Branch Accounts, Call Centre and IT support.
Mr. Purohit joined ARIT-Jodhpur, at the time of its Inception and has played a pivotal role in establishing the Back office foundation since then.
An Arjun Awardee and a former Indian Volleyball Team Captain is also the Director of Anand Rathi Power Project Private Limited and Rathi IT Solutions Private Limited.

Hemen Goswami is a technology leader with 30+ years of experience across product engineering, software architecture, technology strategy, and innovation. At Anand Rathi, he leads IT and Engineering, shaping the technology roadmap and driving scalable, business-focused solutions.

Throughout his career, Hemen has held senior technology and leadership roles, including CTO and Chief Architect, across startups, mid-sized organizations, and global enterprises. He has worked with organizations such as GE Transportation, GE-Harris Railway Electronics, Navis LLC, Infogain, and Precise Behavioral Health, leading the development of complex, high-performance technology platforms.

He holds a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida. He has also served on review panels for the World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society (WSEAS). He chaired an international conference session on software estimation at MIT, Boston, in 2008 and was a keynote speaker at an international expo on the convergence of AI and IoT in New Delhi in 2019.
